Pepijn has been active in the insurance industry since 2021, where he has built his expertise from a background in reconditioning. Over the past few years, he has developed into an experienced professional within the field, with a strong focus on damage restoration following incidents such as fire, water, storm, and mold damage. Pepijn specializes in contamination involving asbestos, smoke, soot, and hydrochloric acid (HCl).

After completing his education as a Logistics Service Provider, Pepijn began his career in the transport sector, where he held various positions and gained broad experience in logistics and planning. Starting in an operational role, he progressed into positions with responsibility for planning, expedition, and customer relations. This experience provided him with a solid foundation in logistical processes, organization, and relationship management, before transitioning into the insurance and reconditioning industry.

His career in the reconditioning sector took shape at Belfor, where Pepijn started as a Project Manager. In this role, he quickly gained extensive hands-on experience and was involved in a wide range of damage claims. Thanks to his dedication, sense of responsibility, and organizational skills, he was promoted to Branch Manager within a year and a half. In this position, he was responsible for operational management. Even in crisis situations, Pepijn maintained a clear overview and ensured that both colleagues and projects were optimally supported.

Outside of work, Pepijn enjoys staying active. He is an enthusiastic padel player and can be found on the court weekly for matches. On weekends, he is also regularly present on the football field, although the focus has increasingly shifted to the social aspect after the game. If time permits, he also spends time at the gym.

Most importantly, however, his free time revolves around his two daughters. He values spending as much time as possible with them and cherishes those moments together.
